Working at veterinary hospital for the past five years has
made me very aware of the great need that there is for pet owners to find
someone they trust to care for their "best friend" while they are away.
Leaving a pet behind while on vacation or during an extended stay in the
hospital can be as stressful to the owner as it is to the pet. To find
someone who will provide for any special needs their pet may have in a
loving manner is a very important task.
This is why I started Professional Pet Sitters.
The special attention we give your pet
will ease their distress over your absence and make them feel comfortable
and safe. We will make sure they have playtime and exercise and clean
fresh food and water. Any medication or special treatment they require
will be administered in a respectful and professional manner.
Choose Professional Pet Sitters to care for your "best friend", they will
love you for it!Sincerely,
Monica and Baby

My name is Stacy Burnham. I
have lived in the Venice area most of my life and have always loved all
kinds of animals. My family and I have a Chihuahua named Roo and we
enjoy her so much! I started pet sitting for Professional Pet Sitting in
February of 2005 and already have gained a lot of experience. My "job"
is fun and I really enjoy spending time and caring for all of the
animals. While you are away you can rest assured that I will provide
great care for your pets!
Sincerely,
Stacy Burnham

My name is Mallory Johnson. I have
lived in Venice my whole life. When I was four I attended
Deborah Whitham's Shamrock Preschool. When I turned twelve every
summer I volunteered at the same preschool. I loved children.
Then I turned sixteen, and I started working as a part-time
aide. I am currently still working there, and I love it.
Throughout my life I cannot remember not having a pet in my
family. I remember when I was little I actually wanted and tried
to start a pet sitting business of my own. Having animals in my
life is a must. In fact I would like to say I have a "zoo". I
have many pets. I have a Jack Russell Terrier, named Jazzy. I
also have a Maine Coon cat, named Simon. My other pets are a
bird, hamster, a leopard gecko, and some fish. Seeing some of my
friends being involved with Professional Pet Sitting made me
jealous. I cannot wait until I start working with your pet!
Sincerely,
Mallory Johnson

Deborah & Ennis |

I am Deborah Whitham. I have been bringing animals home for the past
50 years. I have lived in Venice since 1987 and I have been the
director of Shamrock Preschool for 15 years. I have 3 dogs of my
own. A Welsh Corgi named Boudicca (Boudie),
a Jack Russell mix named Ennis and a Heinz 57 named Smike who was a
Hurricane Charley survivor. We have been a foster home for pets
displaced by the hurricanes and enjoy the company of visiting
animals. During the course of my life, I have cared for almost every
type of animal. Dogs, cats, turtles, snakes, bunnies, mice, and
hamsters and even reptiles and other exotic pets. I have experience
with many different kinds of pets and have loved having the
opportunity to care for them all. I enjoy pets and look forward to
meeting you and your pet.Sincerely,
Deborah Whitham

My name is Danielle Creasy. I
started working with animals at the Jacaranda Animal Hospital
where I am a veterinary assistant. I assist the veterinarian in
surgery and the handling of pets, as well as taking x-rays and
running the lab tests. I have had pets my whole life. Between my
sister, Monica’s pets and my own I have helped care for pets
since I was a kid. I currently own 3 cats and 1 dog. Timone,
(pictured with me) I adopted from the animal hospital. He was a
stray and he had been hit by a car. He was blind and hurt but
after some time and a lot of nursing care he regained his sight
and I took him home. Simba, my other cat, was also a stray that
I rescued as a kitten when I found him running in a busy road.
As your pet sitter, you can be sure that I will lavish as much
care and attention on your "best friend" as I do my own!
Sincerely,
Danielle Creasy |

"Pinky"
|
I am Mary "Pinky" Robinson. I was born,
raised and educated in Newburgh, N.Y. in the Hudson Valley. I worked for
Nabisco for 30 ½ years in various positions, the last being Personnel
Manager and Purchasing Agent. After the plant closed I worked 14 years
in dry cleaning. The cleaners was sold in the middle of 2004 and I
decided to move to Venice, Florida in September of 2004. I really enjoy
pets and was looking for a job that would allow me to interact with
them. That’s when I started working for Professional Pet Sitting. I
really enjoy the job and spending my time with such cute furry friends.
Sincerely,
Mary "Pinky" Robinson

Hi, my name is Sylvia Mythen. I have had
animals all of my life. I raised my boys in Kentucky on a 1/4 horse
ranch with many animals including goats, llamas, and donkeys. I was a
vet tech for 15 years in Indiana as well as training dogs. I nursed for
hospice for 10 years but missed being surrounded by animals. After I
moved to Venice I started working for Professional Pet Sitting. I really
enjoy spending my time with all the different pets in my care and you
can rest assured that they all receive the highest level of care.
Sincerely, Sylvia Mythen

Bernie, Donna & Tilly
|
We know how very important it is to find loving and reliable pet care.
Professional Pet Sitting
has provided such care for our German Shepard rescues since we retired
here in Venice five
years ago. We have a one year old Australian Shepard named Tilly. She
stays with Professional Pet Sitting when we travel. We
travel with the same peace of mind we hope to extend to you and your
pet. Our pets have always been family.
Sincerely, Bernie and Donna McClenathan
