Often, our clients ask us if there are any restaurants in
town that allow their patrons to dine with their pets. In Europe, it
happens all the time, but in Venice it is much less common. The
question piqued our curiosity, so we decided to check around.
In December, we paid a visit to The Lucky Pet Cafe on McCall Road in
Englewood. It's a cute little shop stuffed full with fun gifts for
your "best friend" It was Christmas time when we went and the Suncoast
Humane Society was there taking pictures of all the pets with Santa Clause!
With tons of gourmet pet treats to choose from, our pups didn't know what to
eat first! They especially loved the "people food" that they were
served for lunch. Baby's favorite, macaroni & cheese, was on the menu.
The staff was very friendly and catered to our pets while we relaxed with a
cup of coffee at the outside tables. |

Never fear, though since the pets are the ones they are serving, you are
allowed to join them inside the shop to enjoy the cool air conditioning.
Professional Pet Sitters staff gave the cute little shop a "Thumbs up" and
look forward to their next visit.
